I find it TOO often players level 50 do NOT know their rotations let alone know what their own skills do. Had a level 50 bard tell our group they don\\\\'t have a tp song. Have other classes say they don\\\\'t have stuns when l...oh wait yes they do. You made it to50. Great. How do you not know your own kit.l?

You said "rotation" and I immediately realized that you do not know what you're talking about. Rotation is a dirty word in MMOs and have been replaced by what more intelligent players refer to as a Priority system. You can't do a static rotation with procs and hope for competitive DPS. For example, as a Black Mage, if I get a Thunderstorm or Firestarter proc, my next cast should be Thunder III and Fire III respectively.

Those are the result of masterfaters. heck what is sad is some players who play a class very well, manage to get good items for another class, masterfate till 50 then try to run ak, and hm primals screaming out they know the fight and are geared (due to their other job) It turns out they have absolutely no clue how to play said class. I had one ak run with a warrior with full darklight and garuda axe n didnt have the slightest clue what overpower was for and didnt even have tomahawk (he was yapping at us when we told him what skills he should have but never quested for them) I really dislike these people who should have ran a few lower lvl dungeons to understand their class better than just fating till 50 pressing 1 button all the time.

maybe he didn't do his job quest past the lv 30 one and actually didn't have a tp song, which is an entirely seperate issue. If you really wanna talk about bad "rotations" how about a DRG in my party spamming full thrust over and over and over. Or about this BM i had once who did nothing but scathe spam, and a blizzard 3 every now and again to maintain Umbral Ice. Now those are BAD rotations. lol

What is sad is when some players think because they got fire 3, ice 3 n thunder 3 they do not need to use the 1 spells any longer n do not realize there is no spell you will stop using.

If that blm is explained how to prioritize and knows he has scathe and can use it while being forced to move, he will prob play much better than many blm who forget they have scathe for movement dps and prefer to just run and do no dps at all till in a safe spot than to run while dpsing till they are at a safe spot XD.
