    Due to the worlds / servers separations (and also possible duplicate names on different servers) it's not possible to interact with the players / characters from other worlds in any way apart of meeting them randomly via DF in dungeons. The only option would be for you to create another character on their server or vice versa. I think the SE should add and option to re-run the DF dungeon with the same party (after fail or even after success) if all current DF party members will agree / confirm the option upon leaving the instance. Sometimes you meet really good players from other worlds and chances of being matched with them ever again are minute ...

    Most unlikely - this is on purelly technical grounds not something SE just decided to do as servers do not communicate with each other directly, only each server with the lobby server and instance (DF) servers. This is pretty much standard in any MMO with multi server / world / realm setup.
