It is! I got gold on the Behemoth Fate the first time I ran it like 2 weeks ago at level 48! I actually tanked it for a good minute or so! Now you can't even see the damn boss because there's 20,000 people there. When I did it there were a lot of people, but not so many as to present culling issues.
