proof? or you just doing wishful thinking. Honestly though like I said. I haven't had any issue with the market wards and spend the same amount of time I did in ffxi at the AH buying items that I do buying items in the market wards.
Honestly the search function is set up like ffxi ah system you just walk to the retainer, which is the same amount of time it can take bidding on items. Which you buy out right.

I currently fail to see how "easy" it is to earn gil in the game.

Honestly your not really even coming close to seeing the potential of your ability to make money with only a couple days worth of game play. But trust me, you can definitely make enough gil to be functional in this game.

I been playing on Bohdum for 5 months, it starts slow, but you gain momentum rapidly. I suggest fishing,botany, or mining if your wanting to make some gil over the long term. Once you get into your mid 30's you can really start making tons of money.

For a short term solution you can start turning tiger cod into wind shards @R1 Alchemy. They sell rapidly, a small investment in tiger cod and lightning shards can yeild exponential returns. Indeed its not nearly as good as it was last December before EVERYONE started doing it, but you will still see a tidy profit regardless. Wind shards seem to hold around 170-190 on my server. Which is still plenty of room for profit.

Also getting into an LS with established players will also help you out. A power leveling session from a higher level will get you to 20 in a couple hours no contest. If you really sat down and smashed it out, you can do all your DoW and DoM classes to 20 in a weekend with plenty time for breaks, meals, sleep.

vix... 1 i'm doing all 3 gathering classes 2 no excuse for low level gear to be as high priced as it is. 3 i do not mooch off of players, or enjoy getting power leveled.

get a fishing to fish cod. Kill mobs for lighting shards. Fish up melp to duplicate your lightning shards. Use shards on cod to make wind shards. Sell wind shards at 100k it whatever price is. Repeat by buying fish in limsa. Do 10 stacks to get 1m then you are sorted.

if only you know how annoying it is to make those gears, no one really sell low level gear anymore on my server, 20k isnt even worthy of their effort.

Honestly no. And yes I do craft in this game. I farm all my stuff or do guildleves (which give mats to do the craft on so your leveling it for free) ffxiv crafting set yup is exactly how ffxi was. And ffxi items did not cost 20K for a level 4 item. And infact ffxi crafting set up was worst then ffxiv. Take cornettes for example, they are infact a low level bonecraft in ffxi, but you need brass sheets which was a mid level goldsmith craft. And needed goldsmithing leveled to really be succsessful. Same thing with other items in ffxi. Another example is the salon sub for cooking test in ffxi the bread is actually a mid level item. Only difference is ffxiv has craft and gathering as classes. But they are the same. People just have a self made entiltement about crafting in this game. (which makes them sound crazy)

which one I've read allk their letters. And what flaws? minus the server/ward crash which isn't really SE fault players flodded 1 sec of wards. I haven't ran into any issues with the wards. I buy stuff quickly and go about my day. Only reason I would hang in the wards is to listen to the music.

thanks for the tip but still no excuse for the over priced gear. I do not play ffxiv all day. And only got a 2 hr limit. so how would this work out for that?

*Wards aren't (and more than likely can't be) linked. So unless you're in UD good luck finding what you want
*Restocking/transfering to a retainer is annoying
*Running back and forth to ward to ward gets tiresome when you're trying to gear up a new class
*Limit on retainers per ward
