    I say keep making these thread until their community manager or a developer posts an official response to our complaints. The silence treatment they've been giving us here since launch is unacceptable. They should have a community team providing us with feedback in a 24-48 hour time period. Even if it's just to say "We hear you, this may not be an actual problem but I will bring this up at the next developer meeting".

    I think it's that they have to be exceedingly careful when responding officially. If you're not careful what you say when dealing with an angry mob, you may end up with a brick thrown at your face and a molotov cocktail chucked through your living room window.

    Since Yoshi-P Took over from the ever so useless Tanaka, we as a gaming community was promised by the man himself better communication from them to us. And the last 3-6months communication has been terrible, anyone who played FFXI will understand me if I said it was "FFXI Terrible".

    If something is being brought up as often as daily, hourly or whatever, surely someone, somewhere would think "We need some sort of response to this and soon" Hell even from a marketing standpoint, seeing it plastered all over the internet, especially today when Social Media is one of the best forms of advertisement all people see is complaints about insane Queue/Wait times. You think this is gonna do the game any favours. The longer the sit silent, the more threads appear, making it seem that the problem is getting far bigger by the day (Which honestly it is but still...)

    There are numerous band-aid temporary fixes they could do, but all people really want is some insight on what they actually are doing or intend on doing.

    So far really all it looks like is this issue is here to stay until the Content patch 2.1 when they add more 50 instances/content to split the population on Duty Finder server, and thats just going on info out in regards to content upcoming made from assumptions since SE are intent on staying silent on this issue, we are left to our own devices to convince ourselves whats going on. Really tho, is this actually a good idea?!
