    no infuriate are there to get 5 stacks form start on a boss fight not to regain it under a fight that is just good for us, if they made it to to regain the stacks after we used it they would make it a 20 sec cd and way OP

    I've yet to see a single boss that does anything truly dangerous for the first 15-20 seconds of a fight. You've got more than enough time to build up to 5 Wrath stacks before you need to use Inner Beast>Infuriate. Burning Infuriate on the run in would be like burning a potion on the very first hit: it's really not appropriate because your not actually pressured at that point.

    Boss fights last longer than 1 minute :P

    Infuriate will come back up.
