The reward is the vouchers. If nothing else, they're a good reason to explore and adventure.

Just for kicks, I ran my Lv6 Leatherworker and redeemed the vouchers. You need patience, a little monster behavior knowledge (what aggroes and if by sight or sound), and maybe a map or a lot of time to explore higher level areas. Oh, I did die once, but only because I ran full speed over the back of a mudpuppy.

It's the same with the mounts, you only get the calling items. You can't actually ride them until around Lv20, after the first dungeons.

P.S. I did not see any rare item vendor in Costa del Sole, FYI.

Since it's a veteran reward item that everyone gets after 60 days of subscription it seems very odd to have removed the option to get it from the game, but i just went there myself and it wasn't available anymore. Strange.
