Amiss Veteran Rewards @ Optional Services for FINAL FANTASY XIV

So,

Here in lodestone says that there are veteran rewards based on the subscription time: 30, 60 or 90 days. And states that "Additional ranks will be added after the start of official service".

But on MogStation, the subscription options are 30, 90 and 180 days!
Something is very amiss.

Since you get charged only when time ends, buying 30 + 30 would never reward the 60 days veteran. And what about the 180 days veteran reward, what we get for those extra 90days?

Anyone got any info about that already?

You get charged at the onset of your subscription/renewal. With the exception in my case of using a game Time Card. So when your included game time from your purchase of the game ends, your credit card will be charged for the subscription you chose. Depending on the length of time you decided to go with, is what Veteran reward you will instantly obtain. For me personally, i wanted the first 2 ranks immediately, so opted for a game Time Card and i am happily a changed (black bikini wearing i mean) Miqo'te, with pet in tow. :P

As for the discrepancy, i would personally, guess either a typo or a alteration in their policies - of which one or the other just has not been altered to be in line with the correct one. Which one is what i dont yet know.

Odd, could have sworn there was a 60 day options at one point, maybe yet another error on SE's end, but no matter, you will still get the 60 day Vet reward if you buy two 30 day options back-to-back. read the details here.

Accumulated Subscription Days
Accumulated Subscription Days" refers to the total number of days subscribed to your service account, rather than actual play time.

This total will not be reset.

Selecting 30 days for your first subscription purchase will grant you the Rank 1 Veteran Rewards automatically.

Purchase of an additional 30 day subscription will bring your total up to 60 days, granting you the Rank 2 Veteran Rewards.

As for the 180 day reward, it clearly says that it will be announced at a later date and is scheduled for 2.1!

Unless SE screws up again, they gave me one Phantasia potion a few weeks ago, decided to use it yesterday to change a few things, maybe thats the 1.0 reward finally being given out, then I just got another one with the 30-day vet reward.

My personal guess would be some form of vanity gear (hopefully more than just another colour of bikini), mount or pet. Based purely on all previous ranks. I cant see them offering up a second Fantasia potion.

Oh and major kudos to you for being a Legacy Vet. Thankfully i never touched that train wreck of a MMO back in 2010. Gladly give up the bonuses for being a Legacy Vet to not have to deal with that.

If you mean the standard chocobo whistle, keep playing through the storyline, the quest will unlock after you choose a Grand Company...

That is for subscribing for at least 90 days to the previous iteration of this game.

I imagine SE knew your account had 1.0 attached and its subscription level, so therefore awarded you accordingly.

See I notice all these people already having to pay, Yet I'm still sitting on top of 19 free days, with my sub set up to renew automatically. Kinda curious why I still have over half a month of free play, and so many people do not.
