Ebaytoon, I'm sorry that you're going through this (seemingly typical) terrible service from SE. I'm also sorry that people see threads like this as "sob stories", when they are simply a last gasp from a dying customer.

Square Enix needs to know about the disgruntled customers, and those who are pooh-poohing everyone who makes unhappy threads quite simply do not know what customer feedback is, or why businesses need every bit of them - good, and bad.
