    1.0 players not Legcy players, legacy is just a portion of 1.0 players. I'm not legacy and my billing started today.

    they are the same thing, 1.0 characters are still called legacy characters even if the account doesn't have the status. They really should have called the account status something else ... In either case, you knew exactly what I meant.

    No, I didn't and no, not really. I don't know why you're getting so defensive about me clarifying what group of players are getting billed now. (You also said legacy players not characters in the original post)
