Hello everyone!

FFXI was my first mmo but I didn't last very long with the game as I find it too punishing. Moved on to WoW and played for 2 years and and now this.

Gotta say I'm enjoying this far more than WoW and the community is great (aside from the off and on rage quitters whom I encountered during instances). I am hoping the end game gameplay isn't plagued with perfectionist angsty folks.

Other than that, game on and hope to meet you guys have a great time in the world of Eorzea.

Hi, everyone! ^_^

So, I've been raised by PVE+RP server types, healing/support for about 11 years now. (FFXI and WoW mainly). I love how enchanting the game is, and I'm damn good at healing. I WILL geek out hard about end-game content, but I'm enjoying every aspect of the game, and don't see any aspect as mutually exclusive from any other. I'll be going full-on SCH and probably eventually WHM, so feel free to add me (though I play weird hours). If anyone plays really late night and wants a healer buddy to do everything from run dungeons to take pictures of pretty waterfalls, let me know. (I'm talking like 2 am - 7 am PST).

Aloha! Never played FFXI but spent years on the original Guild Wars and have found this game to be quite similar so I'm in love to say the least! I'm always on the lookout for new people to game with (my FC is made up entirely of friends but I mainly play with my 1 dedicated friend) so feel free to shoot me a friend request if you need a tank. Unfortunately, like Cthulhuhoop I tend to play at odd hours (I'm on HST, Hawaii Standard Time) but if you can stand the occasional Hawaiian pidgin moments, then we can team up!
