Take a look at the actual complaint. The guy has a full party all checked in and ready to go, but the instance will not start because too many people are running it. This has NOTHING to do with trying to find a group.

This is standard bullshit . Even if you join whit a premade 4 man party you get reserving istance sometimes for more then 30 minutes up to one hours

Exactly this. I made a party on my own server, put us in queue, and waited forever before giving up. There are too many people accessing that instance or server group or whatever. I was able to get into Ifrit, Titan (story), and Sunken Temple of Qarn with no problem.
