FC looking for healers

Hello there =(^.^)=. Could you advise what your current schedule is like for raids? I tried to contact multiple people in game but either didn't get a response due to possible afk or they weren't online =/. Also, I'm assuming dedicated means people that want to have a healer as their main, but what do you mean by good track record? Are you looking for healers already experienced in hard modes or are you willing to take in those of us that are just beginning them? Thank you for taking the time to answer!

We do some referencing when evaluating new recruits. Track records can be anywhere from proven play experience such as:
-parse logs
-gearsets
-gameplay videos
-joining us for a playtest
