Titan (Hard Mode)

not suggested to do this through Duty Finder ... I think I learned that the hard way and a few others as well. Just get You and 7 others 1 Tank 3 healers 4 DPS - 1 DRG , 1 BRD, 2 BLM well geared and willing to learn the loops. Oh when you get to the heart just pray to god the DRG doesn't get locked up in the Granite Jail :P hitting the heart for 10k+ on limit break is needed :P

Titan is fine. The difficulty is fine. Instead of joining pugs for 7 days you should have put together an 8 player group and practiced until you could kill it. Yoshida said that higher end dungeons shouldn't be done through DF (some, like coil can't be done through it). If you were to make your own group you could run 1 tank, 4 DPS and 3 healers or 1 tank, 5 dps and 2 healers.

Don't ask for content to be made easier so you can get a relic weapon for a dungeon that you won't be able to do because you couldn't handle titan.

Titan performs an dotish aoe on everyone quite often. If you don't have around 3k4 HP it makes the healer job harder, and there's already a lot of AoE healing making the threat counter go all crazy. And there's also the part where a lot of party is too short in DPS to simply kill the damn heart.
No really, everything before Titan is a joke, Titan is the first real end game encounter and is the first place where you really want to have a decent gear (as DL is far from being great but is really easy to have), every bit of stat you can get is a blessing.

I'm just curious if we cannot do this with pugs and this fight just need one tank and all premades perefer the paladin. Now what we (Warriors) doing for the complete this Relic quest ?

Yup WAR are kinda screwed if you don't have friends to do it with. I assume that a lot of WAR with their bravura paid Coil party to run Titan sadly. Even if we're perfectly capable of tanking it.

I finally killed Titan HM with pugs.
This is the video of the fight, it might be helful for someone is a MNK PoV, anyway i accidentally deleted the first part of the video before the heart, so in order to show that phase i just went inside again and recorded the first part with some other ppl, sorry for that :l

If you can't put a party together and kill titan yourself, there's no reason for you to have a relic weapon. You certainly won't be doing coil.

If you do this in a premade, WAR can DPS or tank this. I've done this as 2 tank, 4 damage 2 healer, 1 tank 5 damage 2 healer and 1 tank 4 damage 3 healer. It's an easy fight, just need to break the heart and not stand in colors.

Sadly, warriors aren't that great right now. They are way too hard to heal to be MT and put out less single target damage than paladin. Hope they fix war but you mighthave it rough for a while.
