IMO, Titan HM is the most poorly planned progression point in the game right now

Remember, Titan is a ilvl 80 fight, so you should have mostly ilvl 70 gear when you fight him

Titan is same ilvl fight as Garuda. They both drop item level 70 weapons. It is not an item level 80 fight.
