That may have been the case, lol. We only had a monk and a healer alive when Chimera died. Whole group was alive when Hydra died.
Chimera is much less forgiving.

Chimera is much harder than hydra, it has considerably more abilitys that can instantly wipe you.

On the other hand hydra has nothing, kill add, dps boss, dont get feared, win.
