You are very wrong. I have played XI since the intial PS2 Japanese Beta.

I have 6 level 99 jobs before I stopped. Even before the cap increases past 75, between two accounts I had all jobs amxed, and was proably the 4th on our server to achieve the matt cap.

PAid runs have faded fast. Most did not need them, and even at the climatic point, you could double burst on specific areas and worms very fast. Most have shells and didn't need exploiters.

After 20+ fails on Titan HM in server made groups, I'd be tempted to pay just to get the clear.

Would I be paying to be carried? Hell no. 90% of the time I'm the last man standing in the group. But seeing the same faces in groups that form and failing, it gets one frustrated.
Most of my FC mates are miles behind. I think there is one SMN and one PLD that are caught up to where I am in content. So can't use FC to beat the rock man.

I'd be tempted to pay to go in with a group that won't die to stupid crap or because of it. "I alt+tabbed while healing and that's why we died." "I died because I was typing something in the middle of the battle." "This scholar is kind of new, but she's been briefed on the battle (then comes 9 fails and disband)..."

We don't run, we clear the content for them to help their progression. It's a legit service

Only a few hundred we usually 1 shot the content so like 2k max repairs for full relic service

Because there's no incentive for Titan gear like there is for Ifrit or Garuda drops because it's inferior to Relic which is in a sense the 'reward' for beating Titan

For a 3/4 relic group AK which dd-ed the wall in 2 turn repel, it still take 40 min to clear everything, that is 80 phil, 40 myth. Compare that to 10-15min titan for 20 phil, 10 myth, titan doesnt sound too bad. However, titan being completely stupid pain in the ass, has made that option become no way in hell. They would rather do a 40, even 60 min ak with pug than to think about doing titan again.

And for the record, there are so many people do ifrit even when they had ifrit gear. Also, there are so many people helping with chimera and hydra even when they do not reward anything.
