monk's potency is lower because their GCD is 21% lower than every other class' GCD, and their autoattacks come out the fastest. every attack you throw down is going to be followed immediately by an autoattack, which is pretty strong. they get around 50% more autoattacks in than DRG/BRD due to weapon speed and greased lightning.

The skill speed bonus is 15% the damage bonus is 21% but like i said that's only after 3 full rotations of attacks. Most trash fights don't last long enough for this power to have much meaning. Skill speed from greased lightning doesn't effect auto attacks from what I've noticed. If there was a skill to give me 3 stacks of greased lightning (with a decent cool down) I would understand the lacking potency but there isn't.
