Why relic Chimera and Hydra are not in duty finder?

Hi everyone, I personally had lots of trouble and had wasted lots of time just because of this two quests. I was wonder why does the game not include them in duty finder.

The whole questing could be much better if they would just include it in there.

I would hate them being in the DF. Chances are for Chimera you won't get a single Bard or Paladin, or you'd have overall shitty players who would never learn after a wipe

Conversely, I'd love if they were in the Duty Finder, because they'd be in line with all other similar content in the game and them not being in the Duty Finder makes no sense at all.
