2. Many player do not realize that a good portion of RMT spam is coming from hacked accounts. The accounts are being hacked even though these players are careful and have not engaged in RMT or other suspicious activities themselves. There are many players that as a result have been suspended and banned. What are your plans to help these players get back into the game?

PS: I love the game and have yet to encounter even a single bug. This game is amazing but since even before release SE has struggle with accessibility issues, although many of the server side issue are coming closer to resolved the RMT issue and hacked account issues are enormous, please resolve them quickly so you can hang on to this amazing community.
