For those of you pointing out "This was done in WoW" what you are really stating is, "This was added to wow much later in its development cycle". Until that happened, people performed tests over a very long period of time in order to determine these stats for themselves. You can do so too, and probably can figure it out well before SE will get around to adding it there for you.
