Well, if it's fake accent at least the faked the correct one. I dont want to remember the ambarassment I felt when I played Resident Evil 4 and suddenly a village in spain (Spain in the 18nth century for some reason) was full of people speaking in Mexican.

Although I couldn't quite figure out where in Scotland the Limsa folk were meant to be from. I'm positive I don't sound like that!

Could Be because Europe was the birth place of chivalry, stone castles, and other fantasy elements we love in fantasy games. Japan had a similar code of bravery with bushido but it is not quite the same as the chivalrous knights of yore.

Yes SWtOR did that too, but then most of the imperials in the movie were British...
Can we talk about this for a second? I really don't mind the English voice acting or anything. I think it's fine. But what the hell kind of accent does Minfilia have? It sounds vaguely British, but not. Maybe it's slightly Australian? I like it, but I can't place it and it's bugging the hell out of me.
