Pro tip - Open CMD and type tracert -d 199.91.189.74

This will tell you how many hops and how long it takes you to get to the NE/EU servers. You can then download the trial for Battleping and do the same to see if it is actually an improvement or not.

Dont use cmd for that, got better programs for doing traceroutes. Me want shiny, colourful graphs instead of a black screen with white numbers on it.

Yup no improvement here, 107ms with and 107 ms without.

107ms isn't bad from Europe, SE still need to fix their AoE circles to sync with cast bars :S

Also a ping to the servers doesn't really help if SE's servers have bad infrastructure and netcode.

This test wont work for battle ping as battleping will identify and only route your game data.

To properly test battleping you need to use the performance tab within task manager and look at the ping for the individual process.

It does thanks, but when I look at for the ping in task manger all I see is send and receive :S
