Well, you can't really do the 3 hardmodes + Bahamut + Relic Quest + gearing all the classes until you've completed your runs, at least for darklight gear. Which leaves very little to do in the meantime. So would you suggest, in any capacity, that having players do nothing in the game aside from 2 arbitrary runs a day in a patently unentertaining exercise for several weeks of time that we're supposed to be paying for is in any way reasonable, let alone good, game design?

Except you dont really *need* darklight to do coil or the hard modes. Plenty of people are clearing coil in the amdapor gear itself(greens). So get your pieces and buy darklight if you can and try the content, if you find it difficult that's because it is genuinely hard and the extra darklight gear will only make it a little easier.

I understand people and they have a right to be frustrated by this injustice. Gearing up now will take people who are not 50 3 times the time that rushers took to gear up. Yes, those people who skipped content got rewarded for it.

I leveled 3 classes at once, I even leveled using a lot of dungeons to get better experience with my class. The result: I got to 50 a few days behind the rushers. Still, I started gearing up and got good gear now, passed 2900 worth of ToPs plus enough ToMs saved to get my +1 Monday, but I'm still left disappointed as I will have to earn the rest of my gear the hard way when rushers who took the easy way to level fast using Fates were also able to gear the easy way doing speed runs.

That being said, I got to be honest, there would have been a huge loser anyway, yet I feel like it would have been better to punish those who skipped content rather than punish those who took their time or simply those who were unlucky enough to be unable to play.

If they fixed DF time delay, and still let us speed run, it would be unfair to those that had to wait. The way I see it, we are even'ish
