Level 35 Succor spell - Where is it?!

I cannot speak as a SCH, but on my WHM everyone online states that at 40 I attain a spell. I didn't get it. I am guessing this was either a change from the beta where people recorded this information or from 1.0 -- not sure that's entirely helpful but it just might not exist in the current game.

Every job gets a spell through a quest at 40. For white mages it's Divine Seal I think. Every 5 levels every job does I believe.
