We know there are alot of FC out there, and you have a lot to choose from. "Deception" is a FC created to bring older folks together who love to play when they have the time. Your primary reason for choosing to wear our tag should be to play FFXIV with a tightknit group of people who enjoy each others company and who help each other out constantly.

Here's my question... how often does "My god stupid useless dps this, crappy tank that, dumb healer there" show up in chat or on the teamspeak... I've had to leave 2 FC's already because I just couldn't stand the nonsensical bashing of everyone. In my opinion if you have a problem with how "crappy" someone is doing... help them learn, don't bash them, and if they don't want to learn, move on... I get so tired of seeing the crap in chat over and over again, I just want to play and have a good time with good people. Oh and not to mention, 9/10 the person doing the bashing is the one doing the failing...

What time of day will your FC focus on gathering for any kind of event? Time zone, time of day, peak time for your members, etc.?

There is no Bashing in our FC. We're all about helping one another and playing as a team. Everyone is here to have a good time, and progress through the game with our teammates.

It's an older crowd and we don't have any people that behave like that in our FC.

Everyone in the FC is in the US with the majority being EST and CST.

We make it a point to do dungeons together whenever possible, and are very good about sharing crafting/harvesting resources!

Hi, I posted a thread looking for what you described...guess i missed it or something but I am interested in joining. My current FC is just not for me and since they were the first to invite me i joined just to have people to talk to. Your FC sounds interesting and I'm a bit weathered in age myself so i think I would be a good fit. I'll contact you through the website application ...hope to talk to you soon ^_^

Just an update for those of you looking for a solid FC...

We are only selectively recruiting now. Primarily looking for the older crowd, folks who enjoy being on TS when they play, take part in forums etc on the website, and are active players. If you are looking for a group of people to play long term with and with whom you can build lasting friendships, stop by the website or talk to us in game!
