They community is not is base on legacy players. They are only a part of it. There are alot more players that haven't even bought the game or just started playing. The game is only out for how long? Come on..... And SE are busy solving a lot of typical BIG HIT mmo problems which is balancing, maintaining or just trying to keep up with the huge success.
