I tried several VPN and nothing remains the same, and if when I leave the AoE damage bill equally.

EDIT: Try this and see what your ping is.
1. Click start > search > type in CMD > Open
2. Type in ping 184.107.107.176
3. good ping is about 150-175 anymore than that and you're likely to hit AoE's when you aren't standing in them.
If your ping is over 175 then your best bet is to go download www.pingzapper.com and try the 1 hour free trial on that, pick the server with the lowest ping, and if that one doesn't work try another. Keep trying until your ping goes down and you can avoid the AoE circles. Goodluck.

Remember kids! Two comes AFTER the one!
I have a ping of 151ms, I have used several programs to lower the lag and does not work, the problem is that the servers are in Canada, and the European catches us off, so they have to do is put servers in Germany for Europeans.
My ping is between 310-650 at the moment, as is most everyone from Australia and New Zealand (in all games we play as servers are always opposite side of the world for us). And the game is still playable. AOE's are a bit of a pain, but can be dealt with if you think quick. 150 ping is hardly game breaking. Learn to deal with it and compensate for it.
I'm sorry but I really do find it amusing when people in Europe and USA complain of ping times when us Aussies have been living with it for years.
Why are you so special that you should get servers in Germany? Learn to compensate, it's not that hard.
Very simple, I'm paying for a service and want to play well, what can not be is to have delays of 5 or more seconds and make the game unplayable, the European issue for the server has to be in Germany is the that catches us closer and not suffer those increases lag and delays.
What can not be esque ester server to take the ass and affecting some and not others, I see no logical, as I paid for a service and most logical is to play well.
PD:It is nice to see the characters going to shock all the time

Watched the video, it's not on your end, technically....
This is what it looks like when servers are overtaxed by the 70.7 limitation.
Your not lagging yourself, the server isn't sending you data fast enough to mark the real time positions of other players.
Rubber banding, freeze an then warp video, spurts of both, long load times when porting to new areas, or dungeons that are not normal. Casting a spell or moving in a direction an not reacting till 3 sec later. Zoning into a city an players or npc's have not loaded to interact with. (takes an extra 3-4min to load), these are ALL server-side problems.

My brother had one of the largest usa multiple-game servers for over 10 years, you pay more money in bandwidth (100k) than server upgrades.
--
I think World of Warcraft stated once they paid 2-3million dollars a month for bandwidth alone with over 9 million copies sold.
Since SE turned off digital downloads, an forbid new character creations, they exceeded the safe 70.7% server load, so now when their full, the cpu's are pegged out from 90%+++
this is why we have all sorts of errors, lag an such, errors etc.
Their going to have to physically buy 1-2 more servers (per region) an transfer some worlds over to them, with new tunneling and or buy more bandwidth, or the servers are going to continue to be this way for months.

We/He shouldn't get servers in Germany, however your reply is bullshit.
There's a serious latency issues in THEIR backend (not our clients), and the ones that should be compensating is them, there are several techniques to compensate these issues. Players CANNOT compensate everything even if they're gods, smartass.
Here's the issue I reported a few weeks ago and that got accepted, yet no reply:

As Zok, unlike you, intelligently stated, this is a server side issue that requires a huge hardware upgrade, or a design review. They could/should apply countermeasures as well, though those usually come with undesired "side effects".

Not everyone who gets caught in a void zone is automatically a noob and needs to learn to play (aka learn to compensate as you put it).
Take a look at this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5g4TM1fkCg
How the hell do you want to compensate for that? She's obviously not standing in the landslide for any extended amount of time, she gets out of it quite quickly and she gets more than just far enough away from it.
Now you take a look ath this video (e.g. watch at around 3:50):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=laEq5StAY0s
That guy clearly doesn't get out any faster and he only bearly stands on the outside of the landslide, still he doesn't get hit.
As you see, the problem does exist and it doesn't exist for everyone in the same way. So consider yourself lucky for not suffering from this issue, but that doesn't mean the issue isn't there. Just as an anecdote, yesterday I just stepped through Titan when he used the landslide and I was moving early enough and also clearly standing behind him, still I got kicked, but not in the direction he was facing, I was punted in the opposite direction - a kick that occurs in a narrow corridor in front of the mob should neither catch anyone standing behind the mob and for sure not kick in the opposite direction (I was punted away from his back).
You are not better just because you can get out the void zones, you are just lucky enough not to suffer from this issue.
