    It helps to keep you gathering gear updated (HQ it if you want). This may alleviate the need to wait for the GP Regen as you will have high Gathering Stat for your level.

    Hmm, hadn't thought of that... yeah, higher gathering stats would increase the chances of getting items, meaning less use of having to spam a high GP costing ability. I'll start using my gathering materia for my gear from now on.
