    SE Cant fix my account

    Good evening I was one of the victims of ps3 glitch registration issue.
    I have 1 SE account under that account 2 game profiles ffxiv1 and ffxiv2

    I am a 1.0 player with 2 account as i stated above. My issue was that i had to buy 2 ps3 games to be able to play on my ps3. I went a head and purchase a ps3 ce from amazon and a digital standard copy on ps3 market. I wanted to play my main account on my ps3 so I register my pre order code CE to that account the ffxiv1 for some reason it went to my ffxiv2 instead of my main account the FFXIV1.

    I contacted SE after 5 hours waiting on the phone i got to speak with a rep. He instructed me to created a trouble ticket. Which I did and he told me that in 48 hours they will move my ps3 account to the right account. They send me a code on my email and i registry that code now my ffxiv 1 and ffxiv 2 can used pc and ps3 clients.


    HERE IS MY ISSUE i bought a CE PS3 box which i got in the mail i try to registry that code to my ffxiv1 to it upgrades from standard windows to windows/ps3 CE. when i input the code the screen went black with the clock at the bottom right and when it came up i had a ffxiv1 ffxiv2 standard and ffxiv3 ce.

    I called SE again after 4.5 hours waiting a rep answer the phone and told me that he cant fix the issue because this happen already and they have a one time account repair policy. By repair he means move a game service client from one account to other. also told me that in few days my main account will not be able to play on ps3 because that service was removed. I told him ok once is gone im just going to buy a ps3 game client and add it to the account NP. He told me that is not possible that i will never be able to play on ps3 because of the policy that said that once a service account is removed you will never be able to add it again.

    My request is to please revise this policy it was not my fault I input the correct information and SE system placed it in the wrong location this was one of the many issues SE had during EA and lunch day. I just want to be able to play on both clients dont flag my main account as windows only

    If you are sure that you never picked the new service option and that it was a bug in the registration system, keep calling until it's fixed.

    Will do calling SE is really bad customer service is the worst i seen. Is not only due to FFXIV been release it was the same during 11 glory days I will try in a few more days.
