    Six tickets and still no Digital Collector's Edition.

    I've gotten so accustomed to sending SE tickets that I have my next one pre-written and waiting in a text document on my desktop until later today. It looks like this.

    This is the SIXTH ticket I have submitted on this matter. The previous five have not been responded to after their respective 48-hour periods. Their ticket numbers are 2623358, 2672607, 2706026, 2745993 and 2778654. This issue has not been resolved with recent patches.

    The above registration code was emailed to me on Jul 27 from digitalriver for my prepurchase of the Digital Collector's Edition. When I try to enter this code into Mog Station, it tells me that the code is invalid. I have been unable to receive my collector's edition items because of this.
    The only response I have ever gotten are confirmation emails that they have received my ticket and will respond within 48 hours. They have never responded.

    When I submit my ticket through the support center I go through Accounts/ID > Registration Code then type something like "Cannot retrieve digital collector's edition items." I then proceed to Email Support (the only support there is for America I guess) and fill out all the information including my registration code. I check the code in Mog Station every time just before I send it, just to make sure. It's always invalid and I've typed it far too many times to have always made typos.

    Is there something more I can be doing to get this issue addressed? Am I doing something wrong?

    I ordered from Square Enix's store directly. The email came from digitalriver which I understand is the website they send the email codes from.

    Same with me Reezy.

    I submitted two, no response until three weeks later. The response was, "the tickets are old, we're over loaded, trash".
    I submitted another, received an email next day, saying "check your spam mail, did you register it to the right service". I replied, no response.
    I get an email again, saying my ticket will be looked at in 48 hours. Curious as to how it was another ticket when I replied to an email, I finally figured out how to see prior tickets.

    The email of 48 hours, was to my original ticket from three weeks ago. They closed my third ticket (no resolution, they just chose to close it).

    Still no CE items. I was 1.0, I was Beta since phase 2, I did digital pre-access CE, played and after launch, got my "codes" from digital river. Invalid as well.

    Same boat as you. no resolution. perhaps if we spam the tickets... I have posted to forum as well. I have a phone number that another player gave me (one I trust btw), to reach SE support. It's at home ofcourse, and I'm at work. So tomorrow, I'm bringing it with me to work, and will call. If it works, I'll let you know.

    And I'm doing same thing. Written ticket numbers, etc.

    Wow, I guess I'm not the only one. I'm in the exact same boat.

    Fun part is, I attempted to call Square Enix today. I was on hold for a little short of two hours when I was very abruptly hung up on. This is honestly the worst "customer service" I've had to deal with. This includes Sprint and Comcast. The phone number is (858) 790-7529 for the North American center. It doesn't really seem to help though. They don't care about customer service or customer support.

    Well, I had a ticket going from november 2012 to arr reborn launch, for another s-e game, not sure they ever understood the problem in all these months.Stock bot answers.I don't think you have ANY chance of help from square unless you call the telephone and pray for god.I had my ticket close as soon as ffxiv launched but will ask again.

    I also have similar issues in game missing things, but I just decided it's not worth trying to go through the rubber wall again, their support is most likely the world's worst, so they can have whatever I'm missing, sorry to be so negative, but I had to vent on this issue.Every one that I know of that had to deal with s-e support gave up after a while since it's useless to even try...

    Well they sure as hell can expect something more serious if I pay an extra $20 for something and they fail to deliver it. That's ridiculous.

    Sent my sixth ticket. Got the typical "we will respond in 48 hours" response. I am just glued to my chair waiting in anticipation.
