    @actual soundtrack.
    I still don't know how to extract the file from the bluray. doesn't help me much that I know that you can do it if I don't know how. QQ
    When I accessed the blu ray on my PS3, I went to the digital download option and the subsequent screen showed me an IP address. All in Japanese, of course, but the numbers stood out like a sore thumb.
    http://192.168.1.4 if I recall correctly.

    Essentially, the blu ray on the PS3 was was making the data available to my local network (managed by my wireless modem/router). By entering the IP address into an internet browser on my computer that was also connected to the local wireless network, it opened up a "web page" that let me download the mp3 tracks from the Blu Ray as if I were downloading them from a website.

    If you have a PS3, give it a shot. And if you have a Blu Ray drive on your PC, it may work in a similar way.

    PS: I imported my copy from CD Japan, because I strongly suspected that this product would never be made available to Australian consumers via the SE store, even though Australian law effectively prohibits companies from preventing us from buying foreign-marketed versions of products in foreign currencies - the grey import.
    This is part of a hot topic in Australian politics, with many groups recommending consumers exploit various means to bypass location-based redirections in their online shopping for digital products.
    http://www.abc.net.au/tv/thecheckout/clips/ - check out the clip on "High Tunes" for a well-backed up rant on digital product pricing in Australia compared to the USA, the chief reason for seeking to buy on USA terms and conditions.
    And then there is how consumer group Choice discusses ways to navigate online geo-blocking.
    Of course, dealing with the geo-block will only help you if SE accepts an Australian postal address for delivery in their UK merchandise store. They can, at their discretion, refuse to do business under the UK law they operate in. Australian law only stops them suing YOU if you decided to buy a grey import by some means or other, meaning I can't get into trouble for purchasing from CD Japan.

    So,

    as an Australian consumer myself, how exactly do I purchase this sound track? I held out from purchasing the Japanese version because of the comments made by SE, which was probably naive of me. Also, Australian iTunes store does not stock any of SE's soundtracks unfortunately. Whilst this isn't the appropriate place to post that notice, it would be nice if Oceania could be considered a little more thoughtfully...

    The code is physically packed with the disc, so you get the code when you get the disc.
