I know, why WOULD SE add in something every online game worth its merit utilize? There is a feature to turn off names if its that much of a problem.
I'd rather have nothing and wait longer for them to actually put in some effort rather than copy/pasting existing stuff and setups just to fool the people who dont care much into thinking its all new.
Well, to be fair, we don't even know if they're copy/pasted yet. But if we did have to wait longer, certain members of this board wouldn't let us hear the end of it.
But the fact of the matter is, this content hasn't even been released yet, its a new dev team with new ideas. I have no clue how you know exactly what the dev team is going to do or how they plan to implement any of these ideas.. but you must really love waiting for crap to happen.
I am sure we all hope that they do not copy/paste anything, but realize that many people are wanting so many different things, when all the forums were supposed to be were discussing the already-existing dev plans, and provide entirely new suggestions. This place turned into a babies nest instead, crying about whatever is already in the game.

game engine has nothing to do with how good a game is.
its how well the games design is.
that korean game shadows are not real time there baked into the texture. ffxiv could of done it but they didnt, SE should finsh the game before they add useless stuff to the game.

Second time I see a dumb post by you within one minute. Struggling with a rough/unfinished/buggy/problematic engine means less time for actual game implementation.

You are right the game engine has nothing to do with how good a game is, but having a general statement like "that korean game shadows are not real time there baked into the texture" is just retarded, not all korean games use the same engine, if you are talking about blade and soul or tera, both use Unreal engine 3 and both have the option for real time world shadows, nothing does need to be baked in to the texture in to my knowledge very little shadows in those games are baked in. Just because a game come from a certain area of the world doesn't mean it has inferior game engine, it all depends on the developer and the market they are trying to reach.
