    It took a couple of days for my removal password to show up. It seems the accounts are taking quite a while to update. Any change I make never shows the same day. If it still doesn't show up then I don't know. Just my experience.

    Were you using the physical keychain type security token...or the software one?

    Software one but the removal password should be generated the same way for both.

    Well searches for it online have revealed multiple comments from people saying the hardware token doesn't have the emergency pass (been looking around since I made the original post).

    Hopefully not the case but it's sounding like it.
