I just got home from work and logged in, there was nothing posted for the 30 minutes I was playing

That sucks, but they told us about this maintenance days ago. Every time I logged in for the past 3 or so days, there was a message telling me there would be maintenance right now. Nevermind the forum post in the maintenance section. Perhaps you should think before you post. Or perhaps, even, read.

If you would have clicked the launcher link you would have saw this.

I've been reading these forums for months and this is my first post. I just want to say, it's astonishing how many stupid people there are on forums. It's also amazing how many irrationally angry people there are on forums.

That is all, my next post will probably be filled with rage about something I don't understand.

Except there was. They gave multiple "Please log off, maintenance is starting" messages in the 30 minutes leading up to the shutdown.

I stay in the events tab a majority of the time because of the gil spammers

Strange. I was online doing FATEs until the last 5 minutes, and there was 3 messages in 30 minutes.

It's gotta be a troll, but maybe he missed it because SE won't stop the gil sellers from spamming in every zone and through /tell. lol
