Account Suspended...

So I try to log in this morning, I get error code 3102. I posted in the 3102 thread giving my character name and server and stated that I was stuck. Almost immediately my service account became suspended. I still haven't received an email saying why it was suspended and it's been about 3 hours. I put in a support ticket about the suspension and I haven't received a confirmation email about the ticket either. I've now been on hold with SE on the phone for over an hour... is there ANY way to actually talk to anyone at SE and figure out what the eff is going on? This is beyond ridicules....

And now the service account page is down... wow... just wow... How could one company be SO bad with customer service? There goes the extra week game time that I got for putting up with all the other BS. I think I'll save my money and find something else. I hope this game goes down in flames. These people don't deserve to have jobs.

you might have been hacked and used as a gold seller it been happing to many many accounts

I checked my spam folder, nothing. I also checked what characters were on the account. No new ones have been created by gold spammers. It seems there are others with 3102 who have also been suspended without reason. I went ahead and added the security token to the account. This happened almost immediately after I added my name to the "3102 please log me out" thread.
