EVE online has a good player set economy... and i dont recall all mobs dropping currency up and down like a chocolate fountain

Uh, have you been in Incursions? That's not a fountain, it's a waterfall. Also, lv4 missions are by far and away the largest isk fountain in Eve per CCP, so actually yes, "mob" in Eve drops currency all over the place.

Not sure why you'd use Eve as an example of a limited money creation economy, personally I feel that inflation is actually a touch too high in Eve atm.
