here's a handy dandy website I googled. No need to randomly port around talking to NPCs. Just make sure for field/trade leves that you are in the correct city-state.

Have you actually done any trade level quests in those areas listed? It seems like it's a list for battle leves more than DoL/DoH.

It is indeed inconsistent with DoH and DoL. I tried using this website guide previously to no avail. I have yet to find anywhere with full documentation of the non battle leves.

actually yes i have, you have to choose "tradecraft leves" and there'll only be a couple available at a time. eg, you have to be a lvl 15 goldsmith and be at Camp Drybone to see the Goldsmith leves. You'll have to unlock the leves first by doing a battlecraft one, if you've never done leves there before. I've got almost all my trades up to 15 by doing leves and using the website I quoted.
