You must be another one of those living in Perfect-land, an imaginary utopic world where everything is always perfect; tanks never lose their aggro on targets, DPS never pull mobs and perfectly dodge every single AOE attack, and healers don't even have resurrection spells in their hotbars because they never get to use them.

Well guess what, in the real world, and especially in PUGs, sometimes mistakes happens, and if you as a healer refuse to fix said mistakes while having the opportunity to do so, you're a bad healer. End of.
