    That part is understandable but I think you missed the biggest complaint. There are quests that you can accept at, let's say, level 9 (but couldn't at, let's say, level 8) that you can't turn the quest in until like level 14 (as just one example out of many), which is ridiculous.

    Also quite a few of these quests right after the level raises, are nothing more then "Go talk to this NPC in the next town" or "talk to this NPC across town" that doesn't really require you to level up at all, so could we drop all these down a level to get a bit of extra EXP?

    Oh no, I agree with the complaint. I agree with all the complaints. I was just saying that even if it has some good reason to explain it SE implemented it very poorly.
