    Greetings!

    We realize that it's taken some time to address the concerns of those users that are unable to redeem their Moogle Earrings because they will not activate on their account. We've set up a flow that will allow you to send in your unused code and we can replace it with a code that will work for your account.

    If you have an unused Moogle Earrings bonus code, please follow the below steps to exchange your code for a working one:

    1. Visit the Square Enix Support Center.
    2. Create a ticket using the following categories:
      Category: Accounts/ID
      Sub Category: Registration Code
      Contact Detail: Moogle Earrings Bonus Code
      Select "Next"
    3. A list of Knowledge Base articles will be displayed, please select "Next"
    4. Log into your Square Enix Account
    5. Proceed to Email Support
    6. Fill in your contact email details, for Platform either Windows or PlayStation 3 is fine, and please enter the unused Moogle Earrings bonus code into the "Registration Code" field.
    7. Once your ticket has been received, we'll confirm that the code is valid and send a replacement code. Please note that the submitted code will no longer be usable once the process is complete.
    Once again, sorry for the delay in getting this addressed!

    Thank you sooooooooo much for getting this worked out for us, my wife wanted to kill me when I told her I bought two FF 25th anniversary packs for $950+. Then after a while, she got excited about having the earrings on her characters. Fast forward to the ARR release, I put her codes in and they get rejected because of the region...I get a death stare from my wife...Then she killed me, but luckily ghosts have access to the internet and now they work, woooo, just gotta figure out how to have RL Raise cast on me and I'll be set.

    Seriously though, I hope trying to convert 2 codes won't cause me any problems. I'm doing 1 at a time to be safe (wife first for obvious reasons. lol)
