    It also stops the target from turning, so what I do is I stun, run behind and use holmgang.

    ^^ This is what it's for.

    Basically 10 seconds of not being hit on single mob. (unless 360 AOE)

    It's great for add control, i.e. adds on HM Garuda. You keep them rooted in place without them being able to even hit you if done correctly.
