So how do I find one then? If most of these guild in Behemoth is packed full of players that no longer needs more or they don't want me because of my low playtime.(Part 1 of 2 due to 1000 character limit)
You're not helping your case with this post.
Many endgame guilds these days--regardless of the game--are primarily made up of college- and post-college-aged players, many of whom have been playing MMOs for longer than you've been alive. That's not to say that you aren't capable, just that there tends to be a bias against very young players.

You play well, gear yourself up via PUGs and do your best to leave a lasting impression in peoples' minds when they group with you. If you do well, someone will notice. Otherwise, fix all the stuff wrong with your application criteria and reapply when there's an opening. Or, do both *shrug*
War doesn't determine who is right, only who is left.

Pretty much this. Act and play like a pro and develop name recognition. Form some Keep farming groups outside of the Duty Finder and be a kickass tank. If you do, I guarantee your lack of an FC tag will get noticed. You play well, gear yourself up via PUGs and do your best to leave a lasting impression in peoples' minds when they group with you.
