    yes you can play the same character on PC or PS3 as long as there is a PC code and PS3 code registered to the same Service Account

    And vice versa? I'll explain my problem:

    My PC is not mine, is of my brother. In that case, i want to buy a PS3 copy to play the game while my brother is working in that PC, but he when play in PS3 i want to play in his PC.

    I'm not sure if y explain myself correctly.

    Yes. If you have a PC version and a PS3 version registered to your SE account, you can play on either machine.
