Well I think most of us do waste atlease one of the firestarter proc. so its either you waste 1 sec out of your rotation to see if firestarter proc or just do it after the next fire 1.

also if you are looking for macro im gonna give you a macro that will help you with Crowd control.

/micon Swiftcast
/ac Swiftcast <me>
/ac Sleep <mo>
/ac Sleep <t>

Just spam this button until it cast sleep.
*this will gonna give you instant cast sleep on your mouseover target or your current target if you dont have mouseover to something. mouseover > target.

Edit: Also since im giving advice on macro let me add this thing to. There are times that you need to cast Thunder I/II/III on target after Blizzard 3. and sometimes you dont have enough mana to cast Thunder III if that is your prefer on the target. Well this macro will fix that. Also you can use this on Thundercloud proc.

*This will cast Thunder by priority. If you have Thundercloud up this will cast Thunder III with or without mana. As you cast Blizzard III and your mana didnt reach the requirements for Thunder III it will cast Thunder II instead. that goes to Thunder II and Thunder. So you dont have to worry about waiting for mana to cast Thunder. Since you only want to cast this just to wait for Thundercloud.
