Almost all of the BRD DL and ilvl 60 items have ACC on them, its not about gearing for 500 ACC its about getting it because of bad itemization.

true, some of the DL pieces are pretty awful, like the gloves. but they could always wear a lower level item with more appropriate stats, gotta know how to gear
