    Indeed. I've tried so many different things to fix it. I've used a VPN, I've restarted my router, I've uninstalled and re-installed the client, I've contacted SE support twice, I cleaned up my computer as clean as it can possibly get. I haven't called my ISP, but I didn't feel the need when my sister isn't having the problem. I've looked in every thread I possibly could relating to this error in the hopes someone found a more permanent fix. I just don't know what to do anymore except wait.
