You're looking in the wrong place then I'm afraid. With the exception of a few stickied threads, they don't answer support on these forums, they're here for players to help other players only.

Because of the big 3102 errors in the phase 4 beta and last week it causes a lot of people to panic as soon as they see a 3102 error now, even though it's supposed to happen (hence my reply).

It might be worth changing your password as potentially the reason it won't log out is because someone else is logged in (there's a lot of threads lately about people having had their accounts broken into). Maybe that won't log the existing character out (if it actually is logged in), but it certainly couldn't hurt and it'd be a lot quicker than waiting for SE to reply (they're still very backlogged).

I only suggest that because the logout problems have been fixed (there'd be a lot more threads about this if it wasn't) so it something specific to your account. Unfortunately if changing your password doesn't help, you can only wait for SE to reply or ring them to try and speed it up.
