Not to mention content has little value if the combat system is going to be overhauled because it isn't as fun as it could be. Combat takes precedent as it's a core game system that all future content relies upon.

if he thought his new system was going to make battle classes so much more pathetic after he put them in he should have left the mobs as they were until the nerf of the classes were implemented and made the mob nerf at the same time so people didn't notice it as much.

The monsters were nerved because they put in part of the battle changes with 8 person parties. True the Nerf was a bit extreme in some cases but there was a reason behind it.
