    i am also getting this issue with my lvl 10 archer quest (northern vulture kills are not registering ) and the lvl 25 lnc quest npc totally ignores me, ferry npc also does not interact, all issues are in east shroud only.

    Same issue, Lv25 Lancer quest NPC (Matheomi) won't talk to me unless I abandon the quest.
